Which version of Windows are you using? What's your Internet Explorer version?

If you open up Internet Explorer, Options -> Internet Options -> Advanced and scroll down until you see the below:

Make sure these 3 are ticked and hit Apply & OK.

That tells me that it's a connection or communication error of some kind.
I can also see your requests from my end - they're being served correctly, so it's not a connection error.

I still feel like the problem is related to the SSL certificate.

Can you try clicking this link again, but in Internet Explorer?
See if it shows any warnings or whatnot with the certificate.

Alright, patch 2.248 should hopefully fix this for you.

Please let me know how it goes. That error can be caused by a large number of things as it literally just means you either failed to connect (DNS resolution, connection, etc...) or there was some communication error experienced (SSL settings etc). Perhaps even timeouts. Paaaaaaaain.

Fingers crossed you're good now!

Unfortunately, it isnt working :(. i think it's my computer doing something weird. My other computer can access PUS fine so it might be the windows os install might be the cause. I uninstalled IE and still nothing. I may just do a recover on windows. but for now i have a work around
