Chitin and Chitin Shell Armors Idea

I understand that recently Dragon Armors have gone back into the mix of becoming a hot item since they drop at +8 and are farm able. This has made it easy for players to farm them and make +9 sets (+11 reb). Since Chitin and Chitin Shell have become eradicated out of the current flow of items, I have devised the following plan as to bring them into circulation and boost the economy in a balanced fashion.

Since chitin and chitin shell armors do not carry bonuses, I believe it would not be a bad idea to have them drop at +8 and enable them to be upgrade-able to +21 reb (+10 non-reb). This will have significant improvements as for starters it will bring back a bit more farming for those players who seeking to build very high ap characters, such as myself, and enable more "diversity" so to speak in colony zone with respect to aspects of PK. The beauty of this is it balances itself since as stated previously, chitin and chitin shell armors do not carry bonuses and at +10 or 21 reb their AC is comparable to be equivalent or less than krowaz 8 which by current standards is fair. So why do it? at +10 or +21 reb, the armor will give elemental bonuses of stats such as dex/str/int/magic power/hp of 24 per armor piece. That is a significant difference compared to the 19 per as given by +9 (+11 reb) item armor pieces.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    

On another note, this also introduces +10 or 21 reb potential level upgrading on ApexKO which down the line may be a possibility for other items in the future.

You’re not the first and won’t be the last to suggest opening up +21 reverse for select items;  It’s not that we’re inherently against it (if it’s balanced), but rather that it’s currently impossible with the upgrade system we have. As we have to choose between making all non-unique upgradable items upgradable to +21 rev, or none. There’s no choosing (and Krowaz would therefore also be upgradable to +21 rev). While we will need to eventually change this entirely because of its inflexibility, the amount of testing and checking that has to go into doing this is probably no joke. So, if we were to consider doing this, itll take a fair amount of time before we can implement your suggestion.

I disagree because it will only benefit assassins by giving them the advantage to sneak up on and CP low HP classes such as fire mages and archers harder. Lets say 2 hits them? No wonder this suggestion comes from an assassin, pretty selfish  and NOT COOL!

I'd say grades are fine as it is. Maybe in the future super shells should be upped to +14 rev.

whether its super shells or basic chitin/ chitin shells to +14 rev, you should understand I mean it as a suggestion for all classes. I respect your opinion, but FYI having basic chitin/chitin shells +14 rev will make anyone who chooses to wear that armor including assassins super squishy. That will not be the case however with the extra bonuses provided by the super shells.

You're not gonna wear it 24/7 are you? You'd just put on ful dex gear, CP some poor mage and run back or town. I don't see why would any other class use chitin +21

Actually I forgot about the extra 15 dex bonus on krowaz/super shells. so the difference would be only 10 dex which is no big deal.
