Prolonged Cure Glitch - Rogues

This is the bug that everyone complains about yet has never been fixed. Now that its captured can you guys please attempt to fix it.

The cure usually takes longer then the one I captured in the video ( about 2x longer usually), but none the less, you can see what happens. 

Edit: If this gets fixed each one of you rogues owe me 5 gbs

@Aesteris. The cure curse skill's cast animation time takes longer than normal on a more than average periodic basis. That essentially sums it up. In his video, he manages to capture it in the moment where the cure curse animation cast is supposedly "stalled" longer than normal range for its specific cast time.

The cure curse animation presents at 0:13 of the Video.

The casting of the cure takes 2x-3x longer then regular at random times, perhaps 1/20 times. (Pls dont make me take a video of a normal cure going down).

Thanks, i'll review the material again and try to find out if there's anything there that gives us a clue as to why.
