Turned out it was for old uniques while there is dragon's scale for that with 100% succeed. Shadow piece is sitting at my inn hostess for all eternity for being useless. PUS description did not clarify that it is for old's, that's why I bought it. So I want refund from Shadow piece price and it can be removed from my inn upon refunding.
