No need to stress about last 1-2 levels and rebirth levels after that. Just switch from pure exping to farm and you will get the missing levels quite fast. Entering BF is propably best farm in game with proper party atm, it's also great EXP. Also remember to participate event's on daily basis, that will boost your exp while getting some nice items.
