Exchanges] Apexia in Moradon (this will give you 3x Spell Stone Powder). Exchange 5x Certificate of Event Participation for 1x Spell Stone Powder at [Misc. Exchanges] Apexia in Moradon. Create Spell Stone Powder at [Arch Mage] Drake, creation requires 3x Opal, 3x Crystal, and 3x Crude Sapphire.
