私は日本人です。私は英語がよくわかりませんが、翻訳サイトを使って文章を作っています。

突然、「文字が選べない」という文が出て、ログインできませんでした。

原因は何か、改善が必要なことがあれば教えてください。

As per our rules:

On 5/29/2020 at 9:01 AM, Aesteris said:

• Using a keyboard macro to farm is allowed while you are present at the keyboard with Genie OFF.
• Using a keyboard macro to farm is allowed while you are away from the keyboard with Genie ON, not having genie on while using a macro and being away-from-keyboard will result in a 3 day ban on first strike, 7 day ban on second strike, and permanent ban on third strike.

You have been caught using a keyboard macro while AFK without Genie which, as it's your first violation, resulted in a 3 day ban.

You will be able to access your character at 5:50 PM server time on 17 February.
