U can make +5 with hus almost 100% or i rarely burn items before +5 with huses. Lower this, makes people use buses more. So bus price might raise which allows more cz solo farming also. Take also upgrade scrolls off from delos. People buy cheaper scrolls from delos and sell on merchant.
