Sh4y Posted August 5, 2020 Share Posted August 5, 2020 @Aesteris, @twostars ive traveled to a country outside of my home country now when I try to logg it says that im not allowed to acces because of country lock, went to the apex home page and got an alert that an email had been send to my email account, waited longer than 10 minutes but no email and even if i try to resend the email its says: '' You do not have a pending request of this nature''. not sure what else to do, if you need additional information please let me know. regards, Sh4y Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You registered a new account with the provided e-mail address, then later attached it instead to the much older account you're talking about here. The e-mail wasn't originally sent to that e-mail address. The pending request here for the country location change was made on the 10th of July though... about a month ago, so it's been expired for quite some time. I've just removed that old request, so you should be able to attempt to login again and re-do the request now. I'm not entirely sure what happened here though. Sh4y Posted August 6, 2020 Author Share Posted August 6, 2020 (edited) I took this account over from a friend, changed the password, email and stuff and have been logging it since 13/07 this year. (no one other than me has acces since then) so im not sure what happend before that.
