    Edit: small suggestion: make Isiloon bigger. In her current size she can be hidden/missed/dragged away easily. The size of the Isiloon in eslant desert should work

    I don't think bosses spawn at a set time on this server, for example if talos dies, it can spawn anywhere from 4-6 hours from when it dies. Furthermore, there's no set location (or pattern) of where the bosses will spawn, I've seen all bosses in all zones in eslant.

    1) I've checked the client source, went on USKO, and confirmed it working exactly as it should - ANY lightning skill, as well as any R-attack can cancel a priest's heal. The stun inflicted by a lightning skill does NOT cancel your heal - it merely blocks you from casting anything not currently being casted.
     
    2) While checking on the first issue, I've checked on this as well - we're handling everything exactly the way as USKO does.
     
    3) Working on that - Felankor sounds like a good option seeing USKO does it as well
     
    4) Also being worked on; NPs from kills was added already, digging into the other stuff deeper asap, hoping to have most (if not all) fixed by next CSW.
     
    5) Kurians have seen yet another rework on KRKO, I will take the time to translate all of those changes and post them in a separate thread for you guys to give feedback on (e.g. "Yes, rework it to behave like that", "keep it like this", "do something else entirely")
     
    6) Don't see much point in adding the guaranteed Gold Bar, though 100% chance at one of the uniques in the drop table doesn't sound like a bad change to me.

    Greetings,

    Me and mostly every archer on the server, we noticed that despite not having any arrow defense armor piece,  we still do no damage. Solution would be massively buffing every skill so that you can try to do more than 600 damage on warriors if you don't have 2500 AP. Problem lies in the setup of skills, for example, archer's skills are completely % based and also avoidable while moving in circles. While other classes got more direct damage skills for example bloody beast on assassins has a lot of direct damage where dagger defense doesn't make much difference when using it. Where as using arrow defense against archer drasticaly decreases damage, and moving in circles acts like dagger defense of steroids: over 80% of your damage is denied.

    I suggest simply fixing small things to try to be on par with assassins, like our 60 seconds cooldown level 80 skill not randomly failing and doing 200 damage, ice shot and light shot also do 100 damage occasionally, we don't need to be this gimped do we? Not when warriors can spam 1000 damage effortlessly or assassins can do 1800-2100-1200-1000 damage in 3 seconds. Or 2nd option reduce the cooldown of some of our skills, like Blinding Strafe or Power Shot!

    The server launched what, 1 week + days ago? People are still farming, leveling and such. I understand "some" people did everything quick and played hardcore for a while in order to get lvl and items right away but not everybody has 16 hours to spend on KO daily. I've talked about this whole casual-player-solo style that's so popular before, perhaps because most people who played KO since its beginning we're all 30 and 40+ ? I am really amazed to see 20+ years old playing KO but honestly, my closest friends are over 30, with kids, jobs and shit to do. So, I understand that some hardcore kids are "bored" already because they want bigger wars, better events, more action in CZ, because they did everything on a rush but I think it's too early to talk about unbalance and start moving clans back and forth. Give it a couple weeks more. 
     
    1. I think times for events are fine, problem is yeah, afk people and people trying to gain something leeching and shit but that's because we can split the community between "the ones who already geared up and are somehow in control of the big drops" (aka hardcore player who breath ko) and casual players that probably find a couple of hours to do so many shit in game (farm, lvl up, upgrade,attend a few events, etc) and the latter ones who will try to fuck up or try to lazy as much as they can fucking up the first group. It's not black and white, there are some greys in the middle, people who can actually play a lot certain days or whatever. I think the timetable is fine, it's just seem ElMorad was always a popular choice for starters which means more people to exp with. 
     
    2. Wars definitely need to be shorter, mostly invasion. Or make them more interesting adding something new to the formula. 
     
    3. Like you said, it's too early right now, but yeah, we have to think about what to do if this remain the same in the future. From my experience, people are really still struggling with the gear stuff, leveling is easy but find time to farm pieces, then farm bus (without getting raped), then try your luck and at the same time helping others, attending events or doing some minor pk, it's like a lot for 1 week and days. Give it a couple of weeks more. Right now, for instance, people are still joining (more friends I'm inviting on a daily basis to join Apex) and they will take their time to level up, gear up and do coin. Basically the main problem with people right now is to find an economic way to make coin to gear up, there are already tons of sets already upgraded on merchant but starters have like no coin to buy them. A lot of hardcore boys can come and shout "you don't know how to make coin" "why don't you have an iron set already", well, some people have other priorities. Patience and of course, help newcomers as much as we can. 
     
    Perhaps Aesteris could offer a few buffs/characteristics specially made for each nation so people will actually start as a orc or human, right now people are making their choices according to the amount of help they will get.

    The only thing I would add is that custom content is what I really think would attract people. The only problem is that it takes development time to create these things and it seems that our admins are quite busy IRL.
     
    Oh and more events, LOTS of events, kill GM, find GM, boss event, and whatever else there is. But those will probably be a thing when the new GMs get hired.

    That's good to hear. I think of lot of people will be comforted by the fact that you guys are addressing the concerns that your players have. I won't jump ship either simply because I do not want to add to the problem, and I do believe that this server has a great future.

    Right after fishing was "fixed", the server should have been restarted.
     
    But that's not the problem, the problem is that KO players in general, are VERY easily bored. People join and leave new servers all the time, just look at USKO. There are very few people who actually care about any particular server and are willing to stick with it. Everyone just logs for server starts, quickly get 80, baba some +8s to acquire their month of fame and then leave once they are bored. So yes, what I'm saying is that the players who are impatient and quit are partly to blame.
     
    As for the admins here at Apex, I will start by saying that the way this server is set up is AMAZING. The balance with farming is great(currently, not before fishing fixes), and the EXP rate is at a place where I think is great for the casual grinders as well as the people who just want 83 quickly. But yeah I do think that some things can be done to improve. I am not the best at thinking of suggestions but I believe Ronnen has been on-point with all of the things he's said.
     
    So my final remark is that I think the admins should host more events, as well as hire a dedicated Turkish GM for the newer Turk players. Boss events (Aesteris mentioned it's not possible with his database which is unfortunate), kill the GM events which last for HOURS, not just for 30 minutes, and any other great ideas that the community can think of.

    Excellent suggestion Ronnen, we need stuff like this and people like you.
     
    May I suggest randomly spawning custom bosses in the main zones (luff/emc) which have chances of dropping a bunch of useful items such as: Trinas, Shadow Pieces, high-level gems an fragments, gold/silver bars, monster stones, and anything else people can think of. These bosses would not be hard to kill meaning that anyone can kill them. The difficult part is FINDING these bosses. I repeat they MUST have random spawns, and there should be LOTS of spawns such that you do not know where they may be. Maybe have 3-4 of them spawn at a time with maybe a 30min - 1 hour spawn time. This gives people something to do during what Ronnen called the "I have nothing to do" time. Lufferson and EMC are very big zones which are barely used outside of fishing an invasion.
     
    Since this would be considered "active" farming, I would suggest the average money/hour should be considerably greater than fishing.
     
    Just my suggestion, what do you guys think.

    You really have a terrible attitude. Lapislazuli said that he would create a topic about the bugged war map and forward it to Aesteris. You talk as if the issue can be solved with one click of a button and boom, no more war bug. I'm sure the people in charge know about the issues both from forum posts AND people messaging them in the game.
     
    And for the record, the community support from Aesteris is AMAZING in this server. I've never seen a GM who interacted with the players as much as he did, so I am sure he is doing everything he can to fix it. So stop acting like a spoiled 5 year-old and grow up.

    I told gm's multiple times.... the resistance isn't accurate, if you have 300 resistance or only 30 resistance, the dmg difference will be so minimum....
     
    The dmg itself from mages is accurate, just the resistance isn't, hence why you warriors with +2 uniques die and drop like a fly

    This will be a problem (its not really a problem) REGARDLESS of how many wars there are.
     
    Let's say with 2 wars a week, the optimal amount of NPS you can get per week is 10k
    In 10 weeks I can get 100k NPS
    Assuming someone else (who is ready to pk, but is now just starting with 0 NPS) now joins the server. How many weeks are they behind? 10 weeks behind
     
    Now lets say with 6 wars a week, the optimal amount of NPS you can get per week is 30k
    In 10 weeks I can get 300k NPS
    Assuming someone else (who is ready to pk, but is now just starting with 0 NPS) now joins the server. How many weeks are they behind? 10 weeks behind
     
    It's an issue of time, not NPs. The rate of NP gain will be the same for everyone
     
    The only issue is if they make it 6 wars a week for a few months and then switch it back to 2 wars a week (see: fishing rates when the server started)

    Okay, a few things.
     
    Firstly, I agree that manually farming with clan mates should be more rewarding than fishing. It doesn't make sense that an effortless task has greater rewards than one which requires attention, so the farming between the two should be different.
     
    Secondly, your suggestion to reduce the sell-price of crudes/opal/etc. would not solve the deflation problem, but rather, make it worse. The reason prices drop (in any economy) is that there are too many items and not enough cash. If there is more cash in the game then the value of the cash goes down, which in turn will cause item prices to go higher(inflation, which causes the value of currency to go down since it is so easily accessible). The alternative is to reduce the supply of items coming into the game, which can be done (in our case) by limiting the drop rate of items from monsters as well as chests/gems/fragments from fishing. This is the change I believe should be made if it is determined to be necessary.
     
    With that being said, I think it is too early to decide whether or not an adjustment is needed. A few weeks to a month should be used to asses where things settle.
