I know that someone that loves solo pk plays battle priest or assassin, it’s difficult to solo pk with a mage or a warrior but when I look at this server battle priests are trash and you can solo pk only with assassin. I saw that you buffed mages, they are dealing 1100-1400 damage with staff, what I understand is that you trying to make more mage groups start playing, why you don’t help solo players? If we wanna play solo why do we have to play assassin? Maybe I don’t know how to play assassin. How can a full AP battle priest has lower damage than a warrior? How can a full AP battle priest hit 900-100 while a mage is hitting 1100-1400? A special set must be created for battle priests please do something, not only group players are playing here.

This is something that has been bugging me for a while now. Not just because the drop rates are messed up, but because I haven't seen ANYONE report this in months.
I wasn't playing when the new armor set came into play, so silly me decided to follow the guide posted in forums and farm gluttons and wraiths and of course, I didn't get a single material.
The problem here is the following: According to multiple sources and my own tests, it appears that only Pride (aka Ego) is able to drop the infamous Ancient Sheet Metal (10 gbs, solely because of its elusive drop rate), despite Glutton, Wraith and Sloth also being advertised (both in the item tooltip and the guide posted in forums) as monsters that drop it at a higher drop rate.
It's easy to see why this is an issue. 1. The drop rate, according to the guide, scales depending on monster strength. So if Ego (the weakest monster in the bifrost chain) is the only one that drops it, obviously the drop rate is gonna be abysmally low, and it is. Even with DC flashes, you'd be lucky to get one Ancient Sheet Metal drop per 200 Egos killed. I'm positive the drop rate sits at 0.5% chance.
So, with egos being supposedly the only monsters dropping it, a new issue arises which is of course too many players in one spot. This is annoying.
It doesn't end here though. The fragments themselves are also supposed to have a chance to award these items when exchanging them at the chaotic generator, but lo and behold, the chances for this are just as minimal, if not lower, than their monster (ego) drop rate. I exchanged a total of 770~ Ego fragments (worst quality, I know) and got the following: 2-3 recipes, 1 sheet metal and 1 transmutation stone.
But hey razor, this may be fine after all. They're the lowest quality fragments! You right, so I actually went out of my way to farm like a total of 50-60 combined of Greed, Envy and Sloth fragments (greed and envy being the best ones) and the history didn't change, in fact I didn't even get more recipes on average. 0 sheet metal and 0 transmutation stone, but a WHOLE LOT of Nightmare Crystals, I would dare say that the exchange rate for nightmare crystals is even higher depending on how valuable your fragment is. Fun fact: I remember reporting that more than a year ago. Nobody cares about or needs nightmare crystals yet greed, envy, lust, etc. fragments keep giving them in exchange at an absurd rate. I'm talking about half of my high profile fragments being turned into nightmare crystals.
Lastly, I farmed around 100-150 combined of Lust, Greed and Envy. Monsters that supposedly should drop recipes at a high rate because dang it, they're the strongest and slowest to kill. I got ZERO recipes so far.
BONUS: The non-event bifrost monsters that spawn at bowl. They still drop the old fragments and that's okay, they're needed for ultima room, however, the ego / pride in particular. It NEVER drops fragment of arrogance.
Tl;dr: Please verify the integrity of the drop list of bifrost monsters mentioned here. I have people claiming that they've farmed non-egos for hours without a single Ancient sheet metal drop. I myself verified this claim, not just on egos but on other monsters. Also the exchange rate should be looked at and of course, the damn nightmare crystals...

So i was thinking why do the Offline merchant in the Pus , it makes no sence at all.
People are using it to make more money, and now you gotta pay first 500 kc to make money.
The postive things about the Offline Merchants are :
-Most items that are needed are in those merchants
-The server looks a lot more active ( so new people that join will call their friends)
-NO shouting anymore
My suggestions/ideas to make the Offline Merchant easyier obtainable :
-First suggestion : Make it free like you did before
-My second suggestion : is that it could be a quest to obtain it. Like a weekly quest and you will have the offline merchant for serveral days.
Like kill 30 keramesh/nighmish and Medichmash , this is a way to let the farm coming back a bit aswell.
I prefer the second suggestion because else way there will be to many chars that standing in moradon that selling items they dont even need to sell.
Any other ideas are welcome !

Can someone tell us how much Light rest and int on a char is required to stop 100% stun rate from starter gear ..
Ive tryed full +3 items including light belt earrings glass belts 255 int and cant stop being stunned from even 18 skill let alone the blade attack and cant town or tp stunned or due to undef curse
So what is the requirment to stop being stunned 100% of the time from the starter items

not at moment but ive tryed kurian priest warrior all have had 99% stun priest mages blading so fast that cant get a heal off as soon as stun over have like 1 maybe 2 seconds to heal before stun happens till death.
No macro spamming for me so light mage = instant death .
Gms can check logs and if look at damage ones im reciving 20 hits from 1 mage in 3 to 4 seconds stunning full time and deal same with some warriors light shock stunned and so many hits dead before stun is off thats over 13 k damage is 3 maybe 4 seconds
Apprantly its correct and warriors mages say they are nerfed to much...
most mages stunning are in full starter items and 0 items there for a priest to help stop it as as pointed out is nothing to make stun rate lower

Hello and welcome everyone to my first and probably last review for an ApexKO expansion (since there won't be more expansions). *Shakes yours hand*. Let's begin, shall we?
At last it's here! The so long awaited and forever teased UTC expansion. The meme to be spammed in shoutbox, the game changer. Does it live up to the expectations? Find out in this review.
Ok so first we have the goals of this expansion which I presume are:
Give the players extra activities to do. Bring tons of new comers into the mix. Shorten the gap between new comers and long time players gear-wise. Update old systems and implement new ones (farming, events, etc). Overall, give the players more freedom and versatility in the ways they choose to play the game, whether it is pvp, pve farm or event attending. Now, how well does this expansion fare in these aspects?
The answer is, not too well, at all.
The patch features little to no significant changes aside from the completely isolated UTC event itself, some very questionable choices, few welcome additions and other changes that didn't even make it into the patch, despite being advertised as such!
Let us delve into specifics now. Starting with the UTC event itself.
As seen in the official patch notes, this UTC event implementation is a standalone, weekly(?) PvE event where you can get drops at random while inside it. Sounds good enough right? Except it really isn't as good as it should be. I'm aware that it still is being tweaked, but the points I'm gonna address have little to do with the currently abysmal reward drop rates, which is an issue in itself. Let's have a brief throwback to the old uniques implementation, Fela and Ultima patch and why not, even the Holy Armor patch. What do all of these have in common? They're activities / events that had strong incentives in making you do them. Activities that required playing several parts of the game in order to get your end objective.
To craft old uniques you need, well, old uniques. Where do you get those? Monster stones. Where do you get monster stones? Juraid, Mining, Achievements. But to actually have a guaranteed shot at a successful craft, you needed dragon scales. Where do you get those? Forgotten temple. Without noticing, players were making use of a lot of the existing game content for a goal in particular. Holy Armors, to a lesser extent, also require parts obtained in many places in the game. EG: National Points, coins and Bifrost monster drops.
What about UTC, you ask? Well, it's just... UTC. You go there to get random materials (no guides have been posted yet) and a small chance for a unique <selfname> weapon. That's it. There is zero integration with the rest of the game. UTC could have been the golden chance to revitalize old content and engage the players into a mini scavenger hunt across the already limited world inside Knight Online. Instead it's nothing more than a missed opportunity.
Moving on, the changes to the default items in the gear dispenser.
At a first glance, they look alright. Everyone didn't get tankier, but instead more powerful attack-wise. There isn't much more room in the game to itemize against damage, and while that's unavoidable, it really feels bad to be hit by absurd amounts of damage even by starter gear players. Then again this is a subjective opinion.
The real problem lies in the choice of items. Namely the now infamous True Silver +9 (105 AP). Assassin players have been given a jamadar with 2 less AP points than the still currently best-in-slot jamadar, which happens to also be a normal upgrade item. One could argue that Hepa's Raptor and it's whole 212 AP present a same problem, I would beg to disagree on that front. Why? It's simple. The current best weapons for warrior aren't normal upgrade weapons; they are unique, with very strong bonuses. So if you compare a Chaos Baal +11 vs a Hepa Raptor +11, you realize that it's more than just an attack power variation.
However, for jamadars, they have always been normal upgrade items, meaning, it's just attack power and elemental damage, no other bonuses are in play. So when the only difference between the gear dispenser weapon and the formerly best one, which used to cost thousands of KC, is TWO points attack power, we have a problem. The jamadar of choice should have been Blood Finger +9, sitting at a not too shabby 101 AP.
The rest of the choices are mostly alright, if not a little lazy in how White-Silver Earrings and Agate Earrings remain at +1 while every other jewel is at +2 or higher, bar iron belt.
Now I'll cover in a broad take, the negative changes to various existing aspects of the game.
The change of 1 hr DC premium to 1 hr of WAR premium. Users aren't very happy about it, and it makes sense. It was an arbitrary change made for no reason. A dev briefly commented on the reason for this change, a reason which I consider poorly thought out. 1 hour of WAR premium won't automatically make people crave to pk, but the loss of DC will surely discourage players from even attempting to farm, in order to PK later.
I wish the negatives about this change ended there, sadly they don't. Instead, we reach the biggest downfall about this change. The removal of free DC premium indirectly affects content designed with the existence of this feature in mind. Shortsightedness? Or a deliberate change? Either way, the ideal solution would have been to give users the choice between the two premiums, not to force them to do an activity they might not be fully confident / prepared for just yet.
The offline merchant fiasco. I fully believe this item should have been made free, or perhaps been given as a reward for playing a specific part of the game (in a shorter version probably, say, 4 hours, like the Menissiah List). The problem, as usual, lies somewhere else. The trial of this item ended the day the expansion released, it makes sense, to fully release it on expansion day but, a side effect is the impact on the main selling area: moradon. Moradon looked more crowded than ever before this last week, mostly thanks to this nifty little item. Offline accounts or not, moradon activity has always been a huge indicator in a server's activity, so when 3PM PST hit for a daily reset and the item expires, we're left with a literal ghost town in moradon. What do you do as a new user, when you see moradon with no more than 25 merchants? You reach the ALT key in your keyboard, and one of the function buttons. One that rhymes with "mourn".
Then we have Rosetta dropping from mini-bosses at CZ altar, an undocumented change and a rumored nerf to warrior AoE damage. Both somehow evading the patch notes. The addition of Spirit of Logos to Ronark Land and the droprate increase to Super shells also avoided the patch notes, but in a different way: Those changes are not even live despite being announced as expansion features.
Or how about "Event rewards that are PUS items (Trinas, Karivdis, Dragon Scales) will now expire in 24 hours after obtaining them" and the enormous implications in the economy of the server? These items are no longer tradable, so good luck finding Tears of Karivdis, the main driving force behind high profile reverse upgrading, some time in the future. Sure they still drop from the elusive Ultima and Felankor chests, the former sometimes not even getting killed when it spawns. We'll see how this change plays out. There was no reason for this change to exist, or alternate tweaks that could have been done instead, but the easy fix was this and it shows.
Onto the positives! Finally, the part most Apex enthusiasts have been waiting for.
Darkness weapon and holy armor set for the #1 ladder point holders of the month! A welcome change, if not a little lackluster but hey, at least it's something.
H owners will get only a holy armor set though, I kinda wish it was the other way around (weapons instead of armor), perhaps at a lower trial duration. Maybe it is like that and the patch notes are mistranslated so there is still hope.
Mage damage changes are also welcome. It's good when underperforming classes receive much deserved buffs, even if they're simple tweaks based on official rates.
And that ladies and gents, is where the positive things about this patch end.
All in all, UTC was probably the last chance to revitalize the server, and the changes made into this so called expansion are sorely lackluster. An expansion is supposed to be more than a standalone event and a set of weapons / armor. Couple that with a peculiar lack of new players, and you have a major flop. I don't know what could have caused new players, especially big clans, to not even bother returning or giving this server a try, certainly hope it wasn't because of a lack of advertising, or an unupdated website (which up until yesterday still showed the halloween event from 2017).
Not sure if it still can be saved, but at least there's always room for improvement. When you're at the bottom you can only go up, right? Well, fortunately ApexKO is not quite at the bottom just yet, I'm sure with earnest effort from the admins, with more commitment and less snarky remarks, this server can take off just like it did on the pk phase release. Unlikely as it may be, I want to believe.
Taking everything into consideration, and looking at the initial four pointers I gave at the start of this review, I can only say that ApexKO succeeded in one of them, which is shortening the gap between new comers and old players gear-wise. So then, for my final score...
I rate this expansion 4 out of 10.
Too many missed opportunities and wasted potential. A signature of this beautifully coded server.

I think its safe to say that over 90% of the population believes that GM Omega is CORRUPT/LAZY. I would like anyone that has any screenshots of this CORRUPT/ LAZY gm to upload it to this forum post. Undefeatable - enemy can't be tped and can't do /town
Bombastic Giant - makes an enemy bigger (like he used bezoar) and makes him lose 10% def
Sweet Kiss - takes off HP buff - works like Reverse Life, so if enemy's scrolled then it suck badly (takes his sc off for 1s and then he gets that 2k HP back :P)
Chaos - blocks enemy's skillbar (like Shock Stun, with that difference that you can run)
Restricted Diet - enemy can't use HP pots (except for 1080hp pots)
Lousy Pickpocket - takes off enemy's weapon (not shield)
Fire Rain - aoe attack, no idea how it works...
Kaul - turns enemy into Kaul pet (can only run and pot)
Aztec Gold - enemy gets curse, that if he get healed, he loses 2k HP instead (works for heals, minor and probably pots)
Mean - blinds enemy
Adamant - enemy (and NPCs) can't attack you with meele attacks. You can NOT use pots, be debuffed by a single skill (malice, parasite, etc.) and use single buffs and heals
Blessing - enemy (and NPCs) can't attack you with magic attacks. You CAN use pots, can't be debuffed by a single skill (malice, parasite, etc.) and use single buffs and heals

agree almost with everything.
1. im 1 of those who going genie on bifrost always every day almost. nd i rare see party fulls there.. nowdays theres 1 max 3 people farming bifrost and chinese partys just going there to kill ultima then again afk..im pretty sure bifrost not killing pk right now . the problem is big bosses and people farmers etc realize theres and easy way to get items just by leeching side.
keep bifrost alive not gonna kill pk u cant force every single player to 'pk here thats never gonna happen and if u see people doing farm u can just go and disturb there and geting nps .. but as i said doubt this kiling pk theres really max 3 players farming nowdays since bifrost drop nps.
2. ultima / felo.
already said and suggest on my topic they need to have random time not respawn after / btw 8 hour - 10 hours.. thats so stupid ofc.. big boses supposed to stay alive alot not dying in 5 min . noticed they increase felankor HP but nothing change is stil diying so fast .
ultima respawn on bifrost. thats another no sense. saw chinese clans going there with 20 player to kill it every day . that means in mornings low action in cz they just farm quite. this ultima kill the pk in the mornings ofc.
wondering why is so hard to make random respawn time like every day change the respawn time..
3. GMS. ya they are so inactive in game. and the real excuse will be we are working on new patch.
actually i can say who cares about patch ill like to see low progress on work patch and more active gm active on cz doing boss events np events help player every day etc..but seems this not gonna happen anymore.
4. kurian class . agree pull is too much rate. same as ice cube 100% np.
warrior kurian server . thats apexko nowdays.
still waiting they do something to make priest able to pk alone but nothing . theres alot topics about mages also and nothing. the answer will be always we are working on patch.

nowdays seems felo and ultima just killing the pk on cz instead to keep it alive and bring more players to fight.. ultima its strong enough and with the lats changes since is just 30 min up is still possible to have some decent pk for this shotr time..
about felankor mmmm i dont remember when is the last time i saw this boss alive for more then 5 min... people just login to kill it fast to have dayly quest done then rage quit to chaos generator to drop rof everywhere... kinda agree with : daily quest can be ksed by last hit nation .. and drop will b takend by the party which make most dmg on it.... but still felo is diying so fast .
imo you should give more resistant felo + make some % drop ROF +0 instead to drop alot of randoms items + daily quest felankor they shoudnt drop at all rof. lot of people just login 50x character to get dayly done then leech items not good but well thats something we cant do nothing against.
and more important . change the time of respawn big bosses .. cant be possible they respawn always early on morning or afternoon after bdw and before bf .. ??? what else? its not enough to have kings spaming on each side FELO UP gel help cz to get some items -.- change it already god...
ps: can we make battle priest alive once on this kurian warrior server? .. + bring mages back already...

Not sure why this is upvoted. Melody's cool and all but those ideas are horrendous lol.
First of all, +3s in the gear dispenser? When the respective +1 or +2 versions don't even exist? (talking about EP, LKP, etc). Why? So what you do as a mage is log in, get the BiS items from Gear Dispenser and just pk your heart out? With no real sense of progression they would leave just as quickly, especially considering that NP symbols (a big factor for mages) are practically not available to them.
Second, blue potion huh? Because every single melee wouldn't also buy this? But I guess it doesn't matter because mage damage ignores defense.
Third, a bad idea as it is. KC is a currency not attainable by any means except big events and your credit card so it doesn't make sense to arbitrarily introduce it as a bandaid fix to appease those that happen to own high NP accounts. However, at that value it wouldn't really hurt because it's kind of a joke (1M nps for 1k kc, you could probably sell the character for higher than $10) it seems way off tbh. It just doesn't make sense imo.
If it was up to me, I... actually, not gonna say anything because APEXLUL.
Good luck getting any features to come out, Melody. You'll need it!
