    Hello
    i have been banned by gm sierra because i went out of base without items (few times).
    he said that im banned for npt but i did not do npt because i dont know any of those humans that killed me
    i was mad because they are nps dogs and everytime i fight with 1-2-3 players they jump on me with 2-3 pt to get f**king nps
    i dont care about my nps so i went outside without items to give them what they want and what they need in thier life
     
    i didnt know its against rules cuz it was not "npt"
    i'd ask for unban and i promise to do not do it again if it's bad
    you can reset my nps or whatever you want but pls unban my char

    If you don't want to be stunned or slowed, switch up your set with more resistance gear. That's how it works (and is supposed to work).
    The rates are (actually) official now.
    Getting more resist will reduce your slow/stun rate substantially.

    Changelog
    Reworked projectile checks All projectiles are now checked thoroughly, not just arrows. Individual arrows failing on hit (e.g. because the target is dead) no longer cause the other remaining arrows to fail. Arrows failing on hit no longer shows an error. Reworked arrow checks for Multiple Shot/Arrow Shower skills which were intended for verifying the arrow travelled in the correct direction. These were a little inaccurate, so occasionally these caused individual arrows to fail. Fixed a minor bug with the projectile distance check that caused it to be allowing slightly less than the intended range. In effect this was rarely ever a problem, since it only affected extreme cases. Red/Blue potions (and their buffs) obtained during invasions are now removed when leaving the invasion zone or logging out. This is to prevent players from trying to obtain them at the last minute to maximise their use in Ronark Land afterwards. The King's clan is now able to Nation Transfer when the King is removed from it. Conversely, any clan they join will no longer be able to transfer. Fixed a bug with stun/slow calcs. These now finally perfectly match official rates. Teleportation skills blocked by silences now fail the cast to prevent the teleport skill from going on cooldown & consuming mana. Fixed a client bug causing stuns to persist on death. Fixed a client bug causing various problems when the player is too close to a target (or rather, inside them). [Sealed Souls] (the "To find the lost soul" quest item) will no longer be mailed to you when your inventory is full. It was previously possible to abuse this by having the server mail you as many as you wished, stocking up so you could just skip running the quest and turn it in immediately. These extra items have been removed. Hanguk Sword(+13)'s STR bonus is now shown correctly in the client.

    Players gifted via the store will now receive the letter upon purchase (or more specifically, when the purchaser closes the store). Clan position names and memos are now removed upon leaving a clan. As these are technically tied to players these were never reset, so they persisted in the next clan you joined. These are easy to edit, but for the purposes of avoiding additional confusion (since many don't know they even are editable), these are now getting reset. Fixed a bug causing Castle Siege War rewards to not be removed from players who were kicked from the clan while offline. Fixed a bug causing certain teleports to still fail while Gab's Adamant is active. Fixed a bug with Mage staff skills R-component dealing too much damage. <Center Artifact> in Castle Siege War now takes significantly reduced damage & has twice as much HP. Plwitoon (in the lava) is now only scaled by ranged players. Melee are able to sometimes ineffectively hit it, but not enough to pull their weight. This caused the boss to scale higher than intended. This has been fixed so only ranged players are counted when scaling. Fixed a bug with the "Sleep" skill which could bug monsters into not attacking. This in particular was noticed with Ultima. Disabled Bifrost as we look into ways to improve the event. We'll be changing it's current form altogether as it takes away too much from PK action, you can expect its return within a week or 2! Under the Castle bosses were made slightly easier to defeat (their HP scales slightly less) Under the Castle bosses' HP regeneration per 10 seconds has been changed from 10% of max health to 4% of max health. [Update] Fixed a bug causing bosses to die as a result of scaling, in turn preventing them from phasing.

    Under the Castle Nerfed Crashergimmic's HP scaling. Reduced HP regen for all bosses to 2%/10s (down from 5%/10s). Wars War commanders can no longer use "Assault" or "Shouting" commands due to continued abuse. This also applies to the regular /GREETING & /PROVOKE commands. Castle Siege War Fixed a bug with Ladder trucks failing when attempting to extend. Fixed a bug with siege transformations not being correctly removed on relog in certain circumstances which caused future transformations to fail. Allowed for certain informative transformation errors to display correctly instead of simply showing the generic "failed" message. The errors actually aren't properly used officially, that's why this bug existed (our behaviour was too accurate!). Fixed a bug with Hanguk Sword(+13)'s STR bonus. It now correctly gives 17 STR. Note that the tooltip still shows 19 STR. This will be fixed in a later patch. [Hotfix] Fixed Aegis' (server-side) INT requirement.

    I advice you to use your own account, keep the password and seal code private and preferably enable OTP on it. That’s how we can guarantee your items will stay yours.

    The top monthly NP holders get vouchers for rewards (Dark Knight Armor set +11 for ranks 2, 3, and 4, and Dark Knight Armor Set + Weapons for rank 1)

    You should consider that ApexKO is a private server with an small player base compared to USKO, meaning that players require to change skill and stats more frequently for events, farm and PK. For instance in official server you'd get more buffers and duffers so you have the option to kick and add players as needed but in ApexKO you have to rely on reskilling in order to make a proper party. Another example, priests should reskill before joining BDW and have free points to distirbute to the right job in BDW so they won't end up with dupe skills, now imagine someone is doing 2 BDW each day that's gonna cost alot of reskilling money in a long run. As a Kurian you'll have to reskill often since they've been nrfed over and over, if there is not enough players to party with, you'd wanna go magic build or tanker to solo/survive. If you get a party you might wanna go attacker+ descent. Now with the increase cost of reskill/restats that's gonna be a problem. As a mage Fire for farming when there is not much PK and light for PK when the time is right. You see I don't think it was a good idea to increase the cost of reskill/restats as not everyone can afford or willing to do it so basically they get bored, tired and quit CZ.

    Don't buff warrior. We dont wanna see WarriorKO anymore. You also know if you buff warrior, all mages will change class or leave server then we will slayt harunga.
    And i dont understand why only geared warriors open topic for buff warrior? Who opened topic he have %100 +11 krowaz set, +11 wiri, full +3 uniq, full cospre, full achivements lol

    I’m saying it’s technically impossible to distinguish between non-unique (/unique reverse) armors and weapons, they all use the same generic upgrade entries defining feasibility, rate, and materials required.
    We will however increase the upgrade rate for older unique weapons (FT, Juraid, and Bifrost) to beyond +11.
    Although I don’t know whether what you’re claiming is true (with respect to 1.5-2k damage spam from warriors on undebuffed targets), that seems really excessive to me. Nothing actually changed for warriors, yea, there’s more AC but AC, similar to resistances, curves off after a certain point and simply becomes worth less. All in all, from where I’m standing right now, you guys just want your easy mode warriors w/ underpowered other classes back, which I doubt will happen.

    [Hotfix] Disabled the Meat Dumpling buff. This buff is already baseline, these aren't supposed to exist. The Meat Dumplings still in clan banks will be removed on restart. Re-reversed and reimplemented stun rates as per 1.534. Testing on USKO seems to indicate these haven't changed since. Fixed a bug with events not consistently triggering auto-shutdowns. This was caused by inconsistent disconnection/zone removal logic which is now correctly shared for consistency. This should clean up a few other potential issues with various things not being correctly reset on zone change. Fixed a bug causing items to break, so they were unable to correctly use bind-on-equip ("Item restoration failed") & sealed item functionality. Added more extensive skill logging, specifically including interactions with persistent buffs (scrolls etc). This should help us to track down any remaining bugs with these. When the VIP vault key expires, items will now be moved to the inventory (where there is space available). For remaining items, you will need to free space in your inventory and then relog as many times as needed. Note that you can always just buy a new VIP vault key to avoid this entire obnoxious (mostly) official behaviour. Tweaked item requirement checks for upgrades to allow other versions of the same requirement items (e.g. Trina's Pieces) to be used without having to be explicitly specified. This allows us to use other more appropriate versions of these items instead of having to use expiration items for similar intended behaviour, if we so desire. King elections will now only count unique votes. This should avoid scenarios like this month's election where votes were extremely rigged. For this, we manually recounted votes and gave King to the player with the highest unique votes (Razor). [Hotfix] As with other Power-Up Store items, the [Switching Premium] item can now also be traded. We've had a lot of support requests regarding this one, where players didn't realise it couldn't be traded and wanted them refunded so they could purchase it on the desired character (sidenote: you can gift items via the Power-Up store so you don't need to do this!). 
    Since there was no logical reason this couldn't be traded in the first place (as with the other Power-Up Store items), this has been fixed. Fixed a bug that prevented us from correctly HP scaling Under the Castle bosses. HP scaling for Under the Castle bosses is now enabled. Reworked daily/weekly/monthly quest behaviour. These will now be specifically reset at the appropriate time (and for those offline, when they next login). Quests will no longer be silently removed. Instead, any progress made towards them will simply be reset so you don't need to retake the quest. Quests pending turn-in will no longer be reset. Instead, you'll be allowed to turn them in even after the day/week/month ends and then pick up that day/week/month's quest. Improved quest logs. Fixed another bug with scaling of Under the Castle bosses (scaling amounts were off). Fixed a bug allowing players who are not the King to use King weather commands.

    With the exception of the signed/unsigned issue, probably. They'd just be exceptionally more time-consuming than they're worth.
    All of them could be changed pretty reliably/easily with the client source project, so... not really worth messing with the official client to do so.
    The 999,999,999 limitation on merchants is probably the only feasible one there, since it shouldn't be too difficult to track down and there'd only be one or 2 instances of it (as opposed to generic logic imposed all over the place).

    Switch or just DC. WAR premiun was a bad idea to begin with for people that doesn't buy premiun, you just ruined their farming experience (BUS, BF, Titans).

    I understand you want people to come in server, new people, and pk, a lot. But that DC premiun and the oreads one were the only daily Q that didn't give an Apexis chest worth doing.

    Please, revert it to DC premiun.

    Hi, my suggestion would be to make it possible to choose between DC or WAR premium in the daily quest. The reason is simple: If you wanted to farm bifrost / bus each day a bit it was possible till now even though you can't afford 30 days premium for yourself, but now if you want to make money for example then you need to farm at bowl. So I think it will not hurt anyone if you make it possible to choose between the 2 premium

    You are literally the only player in this server that's keep asking for this to happen means that the GM'S & Admins will not do it for just to make 1 player happy. I mean they have something betters to do then that.
    And it's a fact that a priest that's dealing damage is very useless! 
    Why?
    1: Warrior hits alot more! And are alot more tanky.
    2: Priest doesn't have escape like descent means u are more running to bowl then pking because you have to press town when they all come for u.
    3: It's a support class that have to Cure, Heal his party members for what else priest have this skills for? And priests should not focus on attacks period.
     
    It's very useless in my opinion. And i think in everyone their opinion it is.

    Few notes on the event itself:
    1. Make sure you have enough inventory space to receive the rewards (they're automatically added to your inventory)
    2. When a boss dies (after it's cycled through all phases), and the next boss is spawned, make sure to LOOT the corpse (everyone has their own personal loot box!)
    3. When you die, your gear is automatically reduced to 0 durability, repair at the [Sundries] near the spawn location (/town) or be prepared to die a lot more often!
    4. Manufacturing of the items requires the materials and awards you with (+6) Under the Castle items - both armors and weapons - and upgrades are to be done as usual
    Manufacturing gets your "normal" Under the Castle weapons, their <selfname> variants are currently only available from the bosses themselves, and at a very low drop rate. Furthermore, the <selfname> variants are currently locked to (+8) normal / (+5) reverse. The normal variants are upgradeable up to (+11) reverse. Updated beginner items :
    - Unupgradable Rosetta Armors are now (+9) reverse
    - Unupgradable mage staffs have been changed to Krowaz staffs (+10) reverse (without the curse effect on them)
    - Unupgradable Secret-Silver Earring, Platinum Earring, Elf-Metal Earring, and Light Belt of Life are now (+2)
    - Unupgradable High Class weapons (+11) reverse are now changed to their Unupgradable Hepa's High Class weapons (+11) reverse variants
    - Unupgradable True Silver (+8) is now upgraded to it's (+9) variant
    - Unupgradable Iron Necklace (+1) is now upgraded to it's (+3) variant Mage damage calculations are now fixed (Elemental damage from rings is now correctly attributed, as well as bonus MP from items) Castle Siege War winners will now receive a voucher they can exchange at [VIP Manager] Juliane for a full set of Dark Knight armor (+11) reverse (lasts 48 hours) Top 4 ladder ranking users will now receive a voucher they can exchange at [VIP Manager] Juliane for 3 days of the follow items: Top 1: Darkness Weapons (+11) reverse (specific for their class) and a Dark Knight Armor Set (+11) reverse  Top 2 ~ 4: Darkness Weapons (+11) reverse (specific for their class) Warrior's Battle Cry skill no longer provides +15 STR bonus (as per official) The [Weekly] Better Weapons quest has been removed from [Outpost Captains] in Ronark Land Drop rates for Super shells is increased on Titans, Falcons, and Evil Wizards in Ronark Land Event rewards that are PUS items (Trinas, Karivdis, Dragon Scales) will now expire in 24 hours after obtaining them The daily 1 hour DC premium item has been changed to 1 hour WAR premium Oreads voucher is now tradable Improved anti-cheat detection

    atm ultima die in 15 sec after spawn.
    i was on the spot at 12 and it spawned at 6.
    i couldn't even come to spot before it die
